“I found Car Leasing Online through the www.leaseloco.com website. From there I was able to easily contact Car Leasing Online to arrange a lease for the car I wanted. I spoke initially with a guy named Chris, regarding the quote for the lease who was very helpful. My initial quote had actually expired by the time I got round to actually actioning it, but after speaking to Chris he quickly sent me a new quote and I was able to process my application online very easily. The online application was pretty straight forward, although I did enter incorrect information for one thing (my own fault), but a quick call to Chris and this was sorted quickly. Once, the finance was all approved and I had electronically signed all of the relevant documents, I was then contacted by Lorraine via email in order to pick the delivery date I wanted. I also had a few questions regarding maintenance and a few other things, which she got back to me about very promptly. Delivery of the car was seamless too. I got a call early in the morning from the delivery driver who gave me a rough time window when he thought he would arrive. He arrived within that window and went through a few things and offered a demo of the controls etc. Overall, a good experience so far for my first lease and would recommend this company.”

“Carleasing online are brilliant, very responsive from the first contact, once a decision has been made on the vehicle etc the process is quick, efficient and pain free. You are kept informed at all times of exactly what is going on. Vehicle was delivered on time completely free of any hassle. The whole process start to finish was a joy, will definitely be using them again at the end of this contract.”

“The process of ordering a new car was quite straight forward and the staff I dealt with were both knowledgeable and helpful. Their quote for my chosen model was very competitive and updates on my orders’ progress kept me informed throughout. The only hiccup in the whole process arose from an error by the main dealer when placing the order with the factory (incorrectly specifying an item of trim). This was out of Carleasing-online’s control and I would certainly recommend them to anyone planning to lease a new car.”

“I would highly recommend using Carleasing - online. The service that I received from Michael Baeten and especially Lorraine Deacon was exceptional. I was kept informed all the way through the process, and when I had a query the phone was always (and I mean always) answered and my question was dealt with quickly. As a customer I felt really looked after and the car arrived on time and in perfect condition. Not to mention it was the best price in the market! Faultless really.”

“Excellent service, ten days between ordering and delivery for an E-Golf that has typically had very long lead times. All questions were dealt with efficient and quickly. Particularly Lorraine was on the ball and responded very quickly to all communications. I would have no hesitation in recommending Car Leasing Online.”
