“Initially unable to make contact by phone, but once contact had been established via What'sApp everyting went well. Appointment was made for a few hours time and the technician was efficient, friendly and polite”

“I cannot recommend the excellent communication, Service and timescale highly enough. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I found the replacement keys quite flimsy in comparison to the original. The plastic and blade were not of the same quality. I had expected something more substantial for the amount charged”

“Really quite impressed. All went mostly smoothly. There was a change to the time for the engineer to turn up which was a bit later than initially advised. That said, Maria on the phone and Andrei the engineer we're both very apologetic. And Andrei was very diligent and achieved the end goal of providing a new replacement key for the one we lost for our 2002 Citroenn Saxo VTS.Overall, very impressed with the whole operation!”

“Very helpful Customer Service when I called for a quote and appointment. Unfortunately original appointment was delayed but again great customer service, very apologetic and went above & beyond to rebook at a convenient time for me. Engineer was nice, polite & efficient - great job and company, would recommend. Shivs”

“Rang them Monday, key was collected on Tuesday by the courier, delivered to Car Keys Solutions Wednesday and repaired the same day. I was emailed on Wednesday to say the key was with the courier. The Courier then took 3 days to deliver to me, I had assumed it would be overnight. The repair was great and the key now works well.”

“Quick reliable service technician new his stuff tho a deposit of 120 pounds to secure the appointment then a further 30 pound to change two fob batteries say £5 for the two batteries is quite extortionate to say the least”

“When I asked about ews immobiliser you could have told me your company didn't fit them so I payed for the diagnosis for nothing if I want to get it done by a garage they have to do another diagnosis so in other words not impressed sorry”

“There was a slight mistake by the booking people which in turn cost me a day off work , I was booked in for tue 19th between 1pm and 3pm , then I was called and asked if I could do an earlier slot between 11am and 2pm , which I agreed to , as I understand it , it was then mistakingly booked for the Wed 20th , I waited in all day , I called and got booked in for the morning of the 20th ! The repair itself and the locksmith fantastic”

“It all went very well and fast. But engine light management. Came on and they said that’s nothing to do with them and it should go out. But it never did. £150 later after a scan and light went out.”
