My call out and payment was sorted quickly. The locksmith who visited said he had mended my key although all he did was replace the battery - something which I told him that I had done in the past and the battery power had drained out by the next day. This happened again of course, so really I spent £120 on nothing!

The company is very good and fast to sort your issue out and process is very easy and straight forward with nice reception but the engineering was very rude and unpleasnt tbh.

The shop was easy to locate Was satisfied with the job. The key works perfectly. However when I arrived at the shop the weather was freezing cold.' I was pressed and desperate to urinate but was told that there is no toilet and was directed to the next door, the cafe shop.

The engineer arrived on time and was very helpful, I am dissapointed with the key, should have been an OEM, original manufacture key, however, I was given a van key for my saloon, without the manufacturers name on the key. Overall an ok service but not at all happy with the key.

The service was quick and the people working in the shop are very polite . However I now have to go to my garage as the dashboard info was not put back properly . Very frustrating Also the area to park the car is frankly dangerous and too small

Thank you for sorting my car Key. My car was locked and could get it unlocked by you in 2 mins. Thanks Paul for getting it done. My feedback is to the company. Any job let it be, 2 min effort and 150£ cant match. Its too much . 4500£/hour?? Joking..!

Called for a price agreed to the price when the tachnition turned up was told the prices was more then quoted was unable to get an invoice till after the work was done no matter how much we asked for one.

Appointment 0900 to 1000 called at 0930 to say will be with you at 1130, when I said OK said will take 3 hours do you have time again said yes, gave me the impression that he did not want to come. Arrived at 1100 told me I had to empty van as he needed to work inside with doors closed this did not happen so emptied for no reason. He finally finished at 1630 during this time he told me nobody likes fitting these vans as they have a double skin, very hard work he had to adjust locks when I tried to close them, one of them I have to push to close easily, he did say he could alter this but it would take more time. Also the locks on the side doors do not fit flush but are half out at an angle then wanted to charge me £530 when I said no he said oh have you paid a deposit ok. So 5 and a half hours later I have wasted a complete day

The man who I spoke to Nick was very friendly and helpful and the guy who did the work was very quick but on the other hand £380 for 45 minutes work is crazy but you have no other choice. I’m told they all charge the same so if I’m going to be over charged by some one any way it might as well be them.

Staff were friendly and professional but despite booking in advance I was told to wait over an hour before my car could be seen. My appointment was at midday and my car didn’t get seen until 13:20. There were then issues with the pairing of a new key which resulted in me having to wait 4 and a half hours for my keys to be paired. Sometimes issues arise and delays are occasionally inevitable but the communication was poor. I spent hours without updates or explanation, consistently being told “20 more minutes”. Despite being sat in the waiting area the whole time. Ultimately the service provided was of a good quality and the staff were friendly but consequently my entire day was ruined and I had to cancel other errands I had on the day.

Man at Brentwood not very public friendly. Agressive and almost rude. But he and his oppo did get the job done in quite some time and he got very angry when I enquired how much longer innit Previous staff excellent.Have used your service several times but not sure I would go to Brentwood again.New suppliers popping up all the time So be careful.And a lot cheaper.Bon Chance Bueno Fortuna Biel Gluck Good luck

The service was easy and fast. Unfortunately my son was with the car and he was persuaded that he needed 2 keys when I wanted only 1 as it is so expensive. I feel robbed.

StarLine installation was done but communication was very poor. For example, I knew about the forb after the installation was completed. After the installation, I was not informed where or how to download StarLine app. There was no clear communication about the yearly subscription. There was no booklet to explain what was done and what to do if attempted car theft takes place.

When the mechanic eventually arrived he was quick and efficient. However, this was on the third appointment over three days. The previous two failed to arrive.

Efficient, quick service and friendly technician.That is what you pay the high fee for, to get you out of trouble. The guy spent, say 45 minutes, tinkering/repairing ignition switch and cutting a key blade for £315. Hurts a bit, pity they can’t have a cost structure depending on the task, time and new parts. Overall good service and peace of mind for me

The fact that the entire job took about 45 minutes is because our engineers are highly trained to be the best every day, so the price that you paid was for your comfort, as you wanted us to come to your address, even though our adviser offered you a cheaper price at one of our workshops (£200), and second, as I mentioned above, the engineer has the best knowledge, tools, and equipment to finish the job. After waiting two hours in there Norwood shop I was then told they didn't have the tools to complete job , how ! frustrating ! this was , But they redeemed themselves next day as a very polite and patient young man turned up and completed job effectively and efficiently I now have a spare key 🔑for my cayenne car .

This time, after we tried with a few devices in order to do a spare key for your car but your vehicle requested a special tool. Waiting time was ~ 1h and you were informed about the procedure and the time. We couldn't complete the job in our workshop, our technician explained to you about the situation, and you were rescheduled for a mobile job, at the same price and we came across the next day, not another company and completed the job! Excellent service from the member of staff who dealt with me at the Portland Road branch, prompt and courteous. I had been given a quote of £222 by the main dealer for a replacement key having been told that my key could not be repaired. The key was repaired at a cost of £65. I would highly recommend Car Key Solutions.

I got a key done from Carkey Solutions on the 16th of October and everything went smoothly. I have recently moved house and needed to move my car from one house to another. When I tried to start my car it said that it was mobilised so it wouldn’t start. I rang Carkey Solutions to see if they could get someone to come out to fix the issue (after speaking to my mechanic who said he couldn’t do anything) and the first person I spoke to was very unhelpful. He said they had no record of my car being done and because they get rid of their record after a year it was no longer under warranty. However I continued to explain that I had it done in October but I did not receive invoice by email like they said I would. He then said he would ring me back in 5 mins and never did. I decided to ring them back and I spoke to a lady that was helpful. She somehow managed to find my records after the other man couldn’t and said that I was under warranty and that they would send someone out. Someone was here within 2 hours to fix the problem. It was not the most amazing experience but it wasn’t the worst.
