“Crisp professional response for an additional MBnz key. Technician 'Cat' arrived on time, explained procedure, and handed me a new functioning key in under 24 hours after my call the previous day. Highly recommended !”

“Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with emergency car issues. Theo on the phone was so helpful and located someone quickly and the gentleman that came to programme the key was so polite, helpful and got everything done so quickly even though it was pouring down with rain. From the time of my first phone call until the job was done was less than 2 hours! Thanks again!”

“A man came to replace my van key that was fine. Paid £110 for a key. The electrical part stopped working within 2 weeks ( so I'm having to manually open the door, which defeats the purpose of me replacing the key) I had the battery checked and that was not the issue, called Care key solutions back to see what could be done and I was told I should make my own way to them strange because when I called for my old key's to be replaced they had no issue driving down to me to do so and collect payment, yet when the key becomes faulty the same level of interest is not shown, the guy I spoke to said he would call back and he never did. £110 gone down the drain.”
