“I can’t recommend this service enough! The service was so quick, efficient and professional. I was in a panic once I realised I’d lost my car keys and car key solutions put me at ease straight away. My technician was so super helpful, arrived early, explained the options in detail, incredibly polite, professional & friendly. Will be recommending to friends in the future. Thanks again Louise”

“Great fast professional service. Such a nice kind polite person really looked after really well great customer care and gave great, honest, best advice came immediately even called at late in evening. Did job professionally and was very fast. Told me all options and explained very well what he was going to do, he gave me a long sufficient time to let me think about it what i wanted wait for me yo confirm. Did Great super Job. Works great. “My Car Key was in a very bad state of disrepair… I went to this Company And they made me a new Key And completely rebuilt by original key ( to brand new condition ) while I waited , 4 cups of their coffee later. I was on my way home with two perfect keys … I cannot recommend this company Enough , I think The Bill was approximately half of what Mazda wanted ! Great company well Recommended, Ray Hill Epping Essex”

“I booked an engineer on a Sunday afternoon for the next day, they called me to give me a time and turned up on time, they did the job at the agreed cost and were on their way in 45 minutes. Great service Regards Kevin”

“Booked online, then got a call from the company asking if we could transfer it to a home visit that would cost £10 more than the shop I agreed to that. The agreed time was a 5pm a few minutes later we got a call back asking if l could make it 4pm once again I agreed, I went home straight away and this was at 3:15pm. The technician arrived at 8pm. When the technician arrived he was very thorough only took about half an hour to actually do the key. Service from the technician was very good but poor service from admin.”

“Outstanding service from start to finish , I called in the afternoon around 4.30pm and they had someone out next morning, told me what the issue was showed me on the diagnostic machine too and fixed it there and then , very quick and very friendly will use again in the future!”
