“Just had a visit from one of your technicians after my car was returned by police after it had been stolen a couple of months ago. I was reluctant at first but in this COVID-19 chaos I had little else option, but I’m glad I did. The service was brilliant and the technician went above and beyond what he was required to do. Didn’t just re-programme my keys and put a new lock in but was adamant that he could it so windows would go up and down with the key. I highly recommend.”

“Thank you to Victoria who called me within a few minutes of my request for a quote. Also for the follow up calls she made to me within just an hour or so. Also thank you to the mechanic who turned up shortly after who retrieved the keys and also assisted in putting a charge on the battery. He was professional and courteous unfortunately I never got his name. Many thanks to both.”

“Excellent service from the initial response to my email to the replacement of my car keys. All took place in one day and at a competitive price. Other companies I rang could not provide same day replacement and were significantly more expensive. Silviu deserves special mention, very professional and thorough. Will deal with them again in future.”
