“excellent service, knowledgeable, polite & patient mechanic, rectify the problem very quickly and explained to me thoroughly what the issue was and how he would fix it. Started and finished the job promptly. After the job was completed, informed me there is anwarranty, if any problem occurred can call then from 8:00am to 10:00pm everyday. Highly recommended.”

Thank you for your custom but your review is unfair as to start with you agreed all cost before we even booked a technician to you, then you had a non running vehicle and our technician restore the vehicle in running function. Since you as a car garage yourself did not manage to get the problem sorted, cannot compare the services you offer with the ones from Car Keys Solutions specialists that come fix the problem and go in minimum time. We're sure we'll a get another call from you next time when you get stuck and until then: All the best!

“Ok, look after your key so you don’t have to call anyone. I called almost every dealer in U.K. Key solution was they only one very professional, knowledgeable, straight to the point. Expensive though, no cheap at all. but when you need- you go to get things done. With key solution it’s absolutely 100% things done. For me they were late so NOT 100% but with Mr Vasi it’s compensated. Really professional and up to his job. Well done Vasi. Thank you for today. And not to forget the advise at the end especially the warranty for the keys.”

And is unquestionably that is been a miscommunication as our standard Call out charge/ Diagnose fee is £120. “HI THERE,MANY THANKS FOR COMING OUT TO ME,WHERE OTHERS REFUSED,YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT,NO COMPLAINTS WITH HIM,I AM JUST A BIT DISSAPOINTED THAT I WAS LEFT WITH A CAR,WHERE THE TAILGATE CANNOT BE LOCKED,THE ALARM DOES NOT WORK,THE CENTRAL LOCKING DOES NOT WORK EVEN WITH THE KEY,I WAS TOLD WHEN I PHONED THE OFFICE,TO ARRANGE THE APPOINTMENT,THAT I WOULD HAVE NO REMOTE CENTRAL LOCKING,BECAUSE THE NEW KEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPERATE THIS,WHICH I ACCEPTED,BUT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE REST NOT WORKING,ONCE AGAIN I DO NOT BLAME YOUR GUY HE WORKED REALLY HARD TO SORT IT,BUT NONE THE LESS I KNOW HAVE A CAR,WITH NO ALARM A NON LOCKING TAILGATE,AND NO CENTRAL LOCKING ON THE KEY---STEVE JAMES---------”

Sometimes some older vehicles are more difficult on creating a remote. Nevertheless we managed to create a key that started the car and this has made you mobile. And from your description It could be an electrical issue of some kind with the central locking in general , we can definitely help you with this matter .So, please give us a call .We look forward to hearing from you.

“This is a brilliant service! When I lost my car key recently, Victoria gave me very helpful advice and I was reassured that the key could be replaced without difficulty. I spoke to Adrian today to arrange an appointment and within a couple of hours Andrei called at my home and gave me a new key. I am one happy customer who is delighted with the prompt response and resolution of the problem.”
