“Amazing service, gentleman turned up not a minute late and had the job done in under 30 mins. Perfect standard of work and extremely friendly. Will always recommend and will have a customer for life for when anything like this happens again. Absolute perfection”

“Wow. What can I say!? Absolutely brilliant service! From start to finish these guys have been brilliant! I've been trying to get a replacement spare key for my Clio 182 Trophy for a long time. Renault wanted to charge the same amount as a small mortgage and so I did a little internet search. Found Car Keys Solutions and spoke with them on their little chat box. They took my reg number and my post code and booked me in for the following morning! I was a little sceptical, as normally, when things are that easy, its too good to be true! But I immediately received a text message to confirm the appointment, then one in the morning to confirm the engineer was on the way and he arrived a couple of minutes early. The technician was really friendly, polite, knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through the entire process from start to finish. He had a few little troubles, after he cut the new key that both keys decided not to work but he calmly explained that it happens sometimes and 20 minutes later everything was working perfectly! Absolutely amazing service! I never usually write reviews unless the service I have receive from a company has been exceptional and this is certainly the case here! Highly recommended!”

“Did exactly as they promised. I contacted them when the courier didn't turn up as scheduled (these things happen). Key was then picked up at first opportunity (Monday) I received a courtesy call to check it had been picked up notification on Tuesday it was in the workshop, updated Wednesday it was fixed, arrived today Thursday. Incredible value compared to a new key or repair elsewhere. They had cut a new key and sent the old blade back as well. Really impressed. Didn't go smoothly but they got things back on track and that is the test of a good company, how they sort hiccups. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to friends.”
