“Amazing service and efficiency. I purchased a vehicle that only came with one key - and that key had issues (triggering the alarm every time it was used). I contacted Car Key Solutions using their chat feature and got a very helpful response from Nathan. They were able to get to me same day and produce a new key that works perfectly. Even better, Radu the technician (sorry if I spelt that wrong) has replaced the sealed-for-life BMW Mini key with one that has a replaceable battery. Everyone I spoke to at Car Keys Solutions was polite and efficient and, more importantly, Radu was able to solve the problem with my car in under an hour. All this for less than BMW wanted for a new key - and they were quoting something like a 4-5 week wait. If your BMW key has died - come here first,”

“I cannot recommend the excellent communication, Service and timescale highly enough. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I found the replacement keys quite flimsy in comparison to the original. The plastic and blade were not of the same quality. I had expected something more substantial for the amount charged”

“I'm very suspicious of firms when I look them up not knowing what to expect but after dealing with car keys solutions don't know why i worried an absolute first class company from start to finish,wife lost her keys and within a few hour from email chats engineer arrived and new keys cut and programmed will certainly use again ( hopefully it won't come to that) but fully recommend then and much cheaper than main car agents”

“My 2001 Ford Mondeo has worn keys, and a fob that wouldn't work. As an old car I am always concerned something will eventually give out. This past week it was impossible to actually open the car and get in! I logged my quote request this morning with CKS about 9am. I got a call back shortly thereafter, and paid a deposit. Around 2pm I got a text followed by a call from the engineer to say he was on his way. It took him about 25 minutes as ways to actually get in the car were limited to opening the hatch back and crawling through! Several triggered alarms later and he had worked out the issue. I now have a new cut key and fob and I'm delighted! The wife not so much - she hates the car! But I know who to recommend if she ever gets locked out of hers...”

“My husband locked my keys in the car on Saturday afternoon. He'd already lost his car key as he doesn't drive any more. A lovely young man arrived about 1.30 on Sunday. It took him about 15 minutes to get the keys out of the car. Total cost £150. Then he agreed to make a new key for my husband. He detached my car key from the bunch and 20 minutes later I was testing a new key fob and ignition key. That was another £170. That should make hubbie a bit more careful!”

“Excellant 1st class service, after losing my keys in the forest and being stranded Car Key Solutions sent a technician to me within an hour, programmed me Two new keys in no time at all. Technician was friendly and extremely helpful. The company from phone call to finish provided professional and caring customer service which is sadly lacking in most companies now a days.
