“I was frankly astounded by the level of courtesy and service provided by Car Key Solutions. A really polite and helpful man turned up when he said he would and even recharged my battery without being asked. This is not a put up review it’s genuine and I could not be more pleased. I have never reviewed any sort of service before but thought this deserved. Well done. John”

“Friendly, polite and honest business. They came within time agreed and kept me up to date and even for free repaired one key that had been damaged within the warranty period. They also have helpful advice on how to avoid getting locked out of car and damaging car keys in the future. Would recommend highly for five star service!”

“The lovely man, Ready, called to say he was going to be earlier than arranged which suited me very well. Great communications. When Ready turned up he was, very polite, well mannered, so professional, kind, knowledgeable and worked very hard to try and c solve the problem in hand. He spoke beautifully too. Ready is a credit to your company and he represents you very well to your customers. He's a very impressive, honest, knowledgeable and hardworking man. Thank you for sending him and I hope it will be Ready again should I have a similar problem in future. Can you please let me know that he received this review.”

“Excellent service at the Portland Road shop. The member of staff was helpful, courteous, prompt and efficient. I had received a quote of £222 from a dealer main to replace my key having been advised that the key could not be repaired. My key was repaired at a cost of £65. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Car Key Solutions.”
