“More than very good - excellent service. Particularly helpful organising the visit to a different location. Extremely flexible. Commendations go to Victoria in the office who put up with all my questions and requirements. The key is so like a BMW key that I asked the technician if he could make it slightly different so we could tell them apart! Not a problem as there was a choice of black and silver side pieces, and a choice of logos, but we stuck to the BMW one. Ten out of ten!”

“Fantastic! I phoned this morning about my broken remote key fob and within 2.5 hours, a very polite young man had arrived to help me. Not only did he provide me with a replacement remote fob and key, he also managed to repair the old one so that I have a spare! Other people have said this service is expensive, but it was a lot cheaper (and a lot quicker) than the Renault Garage, who were quoting me £250 and 2 visits to the Garage over 10 days!! I couldn't be happier with Car Key Solutions' service :)”

“After digesting the cost and biting the bullet it turned out the mobile engineer was able to cut and program a new key AND provide a remote control for not much more. Exactly what we wanted and totally painless!”

“I chose to phone Car key solutions mainly because of the extremely high review ratings they seemed to have when I found their website through google search. I was so pleased that although the site did suggest dealing with requests in London and within the M25 they were perfectly prepared to send a locksmith all the way from Finchley to my home which is as far out as Aylesbury. It was important that I had my car key issue dealt with asap and was able to make a booking which was available for the day after I called even though it meant the visit would be on a Sunday. Everything was carried out extremely quickly and efficiently. Also there were no extra charges above the quote provided The only downside being that whilst I was promised a 1/2 an hour window which was particularly convenient for me because I needed to make other plans for that day after the visit of the locksmith He did arrive later than scheduled. However, I did receive a courtesy call from car key solutions to explain the delay and was given a new expected timing which was upheld. As everything else went so well I don't think I need to reduce the review I am prepared to provide by a complete star from five to four”

“Price is a bit expensive compared to other quotes, esp. as the job was complete in just over an hour. However, the speed of the job was down to the skill, experience and specialist equipment of the technician. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing every step, no hesitation at any stage, which gave me the confidence my car was in safe hands for this complicated job. I was also satisfied the replacement part was genuine from Mercedes, unless they have gone to great lengths to fool me, which I doubt. Overall, an expensive but thoroughly professional job. I just hope the part does not fail any time soon, although OSG give a 12month guarantee which does help.”

“I has CKS come out to my home to cut and programme 2 keys,one for my vehicle and one for the wife's. I received a phone call to tell me the guy was on his way to me. A short time after i had another call to say he is 1 minute away then another call to say he is outside my home. When the key cutter knocked on my door is was very polite and professional. I gave him my original key and also the wifes original key . And within 45minutes the guy had done both keys. I went outside and checked both keys worked ,and they were spot on. I cannot rate this company high enough. If you want/need a key cut for you vehicle,then look no further than here. Thank you Car Key Solutions”

“Engineer arrived when expected. Although he could not fix my ignition cylinder he was able to replace it on the spot, so problem was fixed the same day I called the office and booked the job. Everyone very polite and professional.”

“Thank you so much. Chris was amazingly helpful. Because it was an old car he had to adjust the key on several occasions. Didn’t leave until everything was working. Can’t praise the service highly enough after all the stress of loosing my key in the first place. Thank you all and especially Chris.”
