“Car Key Solutions fitted a ghost alarm to my new Defender. Managed to get me in the same day as I was travelling to France two days later. Great service and explantation of workings. Will defo use again.”

“Superb! Booked appointment online, arrived at the shop the next day. Welcoming, pleasant staff took my details, examined my broken key and had me up and running within 40 minutes. New key, vehicle branded key worked perfectly at a much more reasonable price than vehicle main dealer. I hope that I do not have to use a car Ker repair/replacement service again but if I do I know exactly where I will be going without hesitation. Thank you Car Key Solutions Amazing. 5*”

“They came out quickly and gave me a new key but very cheap quality and after two months the battery in the fob has died. Very disappointing won’t be using them again”

“Didn’t enjoy speaking with booking agent he sounded bored and gave the impression he just wanted to book the appointment and get me off the line as soon as possible. Feels like a typical call centre with no personal engagement. The guy that came to do a replacement key however was opposite, very polite and helpful. Wish I had asked for the Mercedes logo to be on my new fob to match the original key - thought that would be automatic judging by previous photo reviews.”

“I had my remote key duplicated. Made a booking via email with very good communication staff at the office. I attended at the time slot agreed and the key was done in an hour. I even had time to have breakfast while it was done in the cafe nearby. Brilliant service.”

“Got a key that works. I went to a person in Kingston, who had no luck programming the fob to the car, despite loads of banging doors, and switching the ignition. However CKS programmed quickly, and cut the key, leaving only a slight catch when it is inserted in the lock. Apart from that works fine, at a cost £125 cheaper than the dealer.”
