“I was very impressed with the service and especially Victoria - she was so accommodating, friendly and professional. As the first contact with your company was via email and then over the telephone, if the situation arose again I would definitely call Victoria. Your engineer was prompt and helpful. Thank you.”

“I am a builder, broke my key on a job and found this company on the web, They turned up dead on time, repaired my broken key and made a new key with 45 minutes. Fantastic service and would highly recommend.”

“Many thanks to Car Keys Solutions and Silvo for getting me out of a bind over a lost Focus car key in the middle of nowhere. A new key was cut very quickly but getting around the immobiliser took a lot of work, time and endless pieces of equipment. Thanks to Silvo's perseverance, success was achieved and I feel I got great value. Many thanks again.”

“Five out of Five. The service was exemplary from start to finish. The engineer was able to repair my key fob in under 15 minutes and so the final charge was £50.00 less than the original quote. Courteous and totally efficient. Don't hesitate to use this company.”

“Totally efficient and professional from my initial enquiry through to completion of the job. Technician arrived at the promised time and used his unquestionable expertise to quickly get my car back on the road. At no point in this process did I feel stressed or worried. Excellent service!”

“Good service once arrived. The guys did arrive a considerable amount of time later than agreed but was very apologetic and the service that followed was very good. Unfortunately one of the vehicles couldn’t be completed due to external server issue but overall satisfied and I’m sure they will deliver upon their return with a little customer discount for inconvenience. Thanks guys! Tom”
