“First mechanic came couldn't programme the key.Arranged for another mechanic to come.Came about 45 minutes later and he was able to get me a new key!Overall good service definitely recommend!!”

“Was not given clear indication when key would be returned as the only one I have after initially trying to purchase a spare key. I am 63 yrs of age and needed to do some shopping and need my car. I waited 6 days for my keys return when if given a estimate at the start could have shopped before going ahead with the repair.”

We are extremely sorry you had such a frustrating experience. We aim to provide excellent service to all of our customers. This definitely doesn’t sound like the experience you’ve had. Unfortunately, collections and deliveries are delayed at the moment as everyone works with limited staff due to the current situation, but we should've informed you that the process would take longer. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“Best company ever when u need a key replacement for your car. I called the company and i made an appoinment. Even i wasnt able to come to the appoinment hour, i manage to go later to have my key replaced and they even repaired the original one, in no more than 20 minutes. Very friendly and professional staff and i recommend to all. I am a returning customer and i am sure in future when i will need, i will call you guys. Great job all and this is a real exmple that in UK we still have professional companies. Also they are able to come to your location and do it on the spot, like was my first experience. I called 5pm, they said the engineer will come around 9.30pm and he arrived 8.30pm, so even earlier than the time. Absolutely fantastic job, so happy.”

“Great service and received my electronic car key back on the day promised! My keys worked and I’m finally able to drive! I was quoted ridiculous prices from other companies; I’m really grateful that I found them online and they were able to fix my car keys with less than quarter of the amount I was expecting to pay. Was very sceptical about sending my car key (the only one that I had) through the courier service but it was fine. Great team of people that were professional, honest and convinced me that they can do the job. Thank you so much 🙏.”

“Great service on a Sunday in the middle of Covid with many businesses shut or doing limited business I thought I was stuffed with only one key stupidly locked in the car at the Golf Club, Internet search I found Key solutions and as promised by 17.00 hours my problems are solved with a new spare key and remote made at the Golf Club and original recovered from within the car, home now to barbecue and beer. Thank you Key Solutions”

“Superb, friendly service for a very tough job on my Aston Martin. No other locksmith was able to help but Car Key Solutions were so helpful, came out on a Sunday and spent six hours fixing my cars transponder problems. Price was as quoted and not a penny more. Very happy.”
