“From first contacting Car key solutions to offering me a very competitive car key replacement quote Charlie was so efficient and quick to arrange it all . The Technician (his name is Ionut) that arrived on time was very good indeed ,very professional and obviously very good at his job .”

“I booked an engineer on a Sunday afternoon for the next day, they called me to give me a time and turned up on time, they did the job at the agreed cost and were on their way in 45 minutes. Great service Regards Kevin”

“Booked online, then got a call from the company asking if we could transfer it to a home visit that would cost £10 more than the shop I agreed to that. The agreed time was a 5pm a few minutes later we got a call back asking if l could make it 4pm once again I agreed, I went home straight away and this was at 3:15pm. The technician arrived at 8pm. When the technician arrived he was very thorough only took about half an hour to actually do the key. Service from the technician was very good but poor service from admin.”

“Outstanding service from start to finish , I called in the afternoon around 4.30pm and they had someone out next morning, told me what the issue was showed me on the diagnostic machine too and fixed it there and then , very quick and very friendly will use again in the future!”

“I drive a Ford Lincoln and had a few problems with car part of which was the spare key not working I have tried to get it fixed many times with no luck until I found Car Key Solutions Hassan was courteous and helpful and got me an appointment at the Croydon shop where Alex got my spare key working and made it an Admin Key which fixed other problems I was having with the car I can’t thank them both enough brilliant service from start to finish Thank you”

“Awesome service. Key fob was not talking to the car. Was towed to my local garage (Saturday) who were closed. Monday they called me and said there was nothing they could do so I found these guys on the net. Had a van down later that day, preprogrammed my old key and did me a spare. Saved the day. The technician was very professional in all aspects. Would highly recommend. Footnote: my local garage also deserves a mention as they did not charge me a penny for their time, and they took the details of the technician who sorted my key out incase they come across clients with similar issues I believe.”

“Fouad being very professional. He came and he tryed everything and you know what is the best??? He fixed my car. it opened without breaking any glass. Something very difficult for me, being very easy for him. Im very happy to met someone like him. I put 5 stars only cuz i cannot more! thanks CAR KEYS SOLUTIONS AND THANKS FOUAD”

“Attended my home very quickly, even a couple of hours earlier than they first thought. The new key was cut for my Jaguar with no fuss or bother. Very friendly operative. I would definitely recommend them.”
