“Exceptional service. Sent a message in the morning with an enquiry and they came out same day to replace the Electronic steering lock on my Mercedes. Job done in under an hour. No fuss.”

“Remote FOB not working - emailed Car Key solutions - who offered to look at FOB and repair if possible - took FOB to care key solutions - 20 minutes later FOB fixed and all good.”

“I ordered a new key from my local dealer on 25th August. By 14th October it still hadn’t arrived. Called Car Key Solutions this morning, four hours later I had a new working key. Amazing service.”

“Well i must say, i was very impressed! I forgot the guys name who came to my house with his van and tools. I was a bit hesitant handing my car keys at night tho😬 but when i saw his van named after the company i thought yes this should be them😂 anyway he was very nicr explained everything and the process. Took him roughly less than 30 mins to do it! Which was great, very convinient too as most locksmiths closes at 5 and i have an office job so they are always closed when im free. All in all very satisfied and happy! Thanks so much will definitely recommend to anyone!”

“Very professional service, came out to replace 2 sets of keys and car door/ignition locks within 1-2 hours of a call out on a Saturday. Would consider using them again under the same circumstances. It does feel expensive to have to pay £1080 to fix 2 cars but I guess that's the price of a quick and efficient service when you're in a vulnerable state after a theft.”
