“Excellent service from Marius at Car Key Solutions, he made me feel confident in the company over the phone and the engineer turned up on time and carried out an excellent job and was polite and courteous and took time to explain how to use my new Ghost 2, no issues so far and all working fine, will be using this company soon for armour plating on my van. Dear customer, Let us tell the entire story! You called us first to inquire about the price and if we could assist you, you couldn't stop the engine because you were afraid the car wouldn't start again. You spoke with one of the best sales agents, who informed you about the price and how we can REPAIR your ignition switch! You returned our call and accepted both the job and the PRICE! After the technician arrived and finished the job, he replaced the inside parts with NEW ONES you didn't want to pay us for! We have been waiting for you to make the payment for over an hour! Please keep in mind that we wanted to assist you from the beginning because we accept travel outside of the area that we cover and also offer you a lower price if you could come to one of our workshops! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions!

“The branch at 220 portland Road has an excellent honest team of people. I went into there thing my key was faulty or the battery was dead. Vlad, a young man in the office check and said that my key is perfect, it needed a quick programming with the car. He steeped outside and just did some things and my key was perfect.”

“Excellent. Product so small but yet so big as to what it dose. I am 100% happy with my ghost2 And its installation. The guy that installed it was very friendly and polite. “The key fob for a Vauxhall Corsa 2010 was summoned in April 2022. The Keys’ buttons became ‘Jelly Like’ within 20 days and the remote locking ability vanished. The key was repaired on 15th May (accepted liability) notwithstanding the remote locking ability vanished again by 10th November 2022? Considering that the Vauxhall had travelled 7 miles since April, the defect is clearly with the disingenuous key. K so i attended Portland Road on 15th November to report the key fault for a second time in 7 months. The lacklustre associate used a ‘metal detector’ to diagnose that the key ‘worked’. As I could anticipate a denial of liability, I showed a video of the key doing nothing when the vehicles ‘jelly like’ Keys are pressed. The lacklustre associate blamed the vehicle, and based on their 1 second metal detector result, refused to open up the key. This associate reluctantly confirmed that I’d had the same problem in May 2022 but blamed the car and there denied responsibility. Utterly poor business after the fact whilst they are off course happy to charge an initial fee when you lose your key etc. Lesson learnt, pay the balance that the dealership asks.”
