“Car Key Solutions come well recommended which is the reason I chose them in the first place, unfortunately they do make the occasional mistake which happened in my case. ( they forgot to put the chip in my new key) To be fair they admitted to the mistake but refuse to refund me unless I am prepared to send them photographic evidence to substantiate my claim that the key does not function. I refuse to have to prove my honesty in this matter and suggest they donate my £75 to a charity of their choice.”

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. We want you to feel comfortable sharing good or bad news with us. I'm so sorry that your experience with us fell short of expectations. We made a full repair on the key, replaced the case, and 3 buttons on the motherboard, and changed the battery. Unfortunately, the transponder hasn't been moved from the previous case, and we admitted we made a mistake. The previous case has been sent to you together with the refurbished key and could be easily moved from one case to the other as explained by my colleague. Of course, this does not make our job spotless and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us.

“The new key was too thick to fit into the ignition. I filed some of the surface down and it eventually worked. I suggest you use a thinner key in future. From Brian Holland”

“After a very stressful 4 days where I had lost my husband's car key i telephoned Car Kay Solutions after a friend recommended them to me, I spoke to Mike who was so very helpful, he told me they could come to me at 7pm this was music to my ears, the fitter arrived dead on time, what a nice guy, I felt such great relief when he handed me the key 👏👏👏 I would highly recommend Car Key Solutions”

“Amazing service, I wasn't sure what on earth to do when my keys were stolen but these guys assured me all previous keys would be erased and cut and programmed me 2 new keys and did all this at my address, very very reasonably priced so I'm currently ecstatic. Many many thanks”

“I contacted Car Key Solutions a day before and was given an appointment the next day. Specialist came and key solution a spare key for a Mercedes CLS provided. Simply fantastic considering my anxiety prior to this especially the convenience, cost and coming out to me all within 1 hour. Totally unbelievable.
