“Engineer frustrated by wrong post-code on car documents which delayed finding the car together with me and my wife. However we eventually found each other and apart from no power in car battery he managed to rig enough power into the car's circuits to get the job done, it just took longer than expected. He remained professional and cheerful throughout”

“My experience of using Car keys Solutions for the first time was positive. I chose them because of their high TrustPilot rating and 5 year warranty, even though they were more expensive than the alternatives. The order process was very simple and the technician visited my home the next day. He was knowledgeable and polite and completed the installation work within two hours. The briefing and handover was clear and concise. So, so far a very positive experience. I haven’t used the car since, so I can’t comment on the reliability of the system, yet.”

“The company is very good and fast to sort your issue out and process is very easy and straight forward with nice reception but the engineering was very rude and unpleasnt tbh.”

“I lost my car keys on Monday night. I contacted Car Key Solutions first thing Tuesday morning. By noon the same day I had a new key and the reassurance that the old one had 'been deleted'. Very impressed with both the speed and quality of the service.”

“Complaining about the method my payment for the job done was taking from my account was absolutely wrong.The staff explained that payment could be made by klarna but eventually set my payment to be taking at a go and not by klarna again.They are not very honest with this there payment plans and highly disappointed with this.It was a very bad experience. "DON'T MISLEAD YOUR CUSTOMERS".”

“After a panic and being let down by other companies i called Key Car Solutions and they arranged for an engineer to come out. He arrived at my house within the hour and carried out the repair in approx 40 mins. This whole process from start to finish was amazing, The engineer was extremely polite and had amazing job knowledge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of there services. Many thanks again... 5 Star service.”

“The shop was easy to locate Was satisfied with the job. The key works perfectly. However when I arrived at the shop the weather was freezing cold.' I was pressed and desperate to urinate but was told that there is no toilet and was directed to the next door, the cafe shop.”

“Excellent service from Car Key Solutions at a very competitive price. Within 3hrs of making an enquiry an engineer had arrived and the Key Fob was working fully and able to start the car again. If you have a Car Key Fob issue give these guys a call. They will talk to you first to fully understand your problem and if they know they can remedy it only then give you the opportunity to take up the service.”

“The engineer arrived on time and was very helpful, I am dissapointed with the key, should have been an OEM, original manufacture key, however, I was given a van key for my saloon, without the manufacturers name on the key. Overall an ok service but not at all happy with the key.”
