“My experience of dealing with this company was just superb from start to finish. I got a prompt response to my initial email enquiry, followed by a few follow up questions. I then got a very reasonable quote and an appointment that suited me. As soon as I arrived at the South Norwood branch a very friendly,professuional technician just cracked on with the job. I didn't leave until the new key and my old one were both fully tested and working.”

“After waiting two hours in there Norwood shop I was then told they didn't have the tools to complete job , how ! frustrating ! this was , But they redeemed themselves next day as a very polite and patient young man turned up and completed job effectively and efficiently I now have a spare key 🔑for my cayenne car .”

Hi Patrick, Thank you for your feedback! We are really sorry about the waiting time. We try our best to finalise our jobs as soon as possible, but sometimes unpredictable connection issues come up. This time, after we tried with a few devices in order to do a spare key for your car but your vehicle requested a special tool. Waiting time was ~ 1h and you were informed about the procedure and the time. We couldn't complete the job in our workshop, our technician explained to you about the situation, and you were rescheduled for a mobile job, at the same price and we came across the next day, not another company and completed the job! “Quick to respond to my enquiry and understanding with me having to change the appointment time on a couple of occasions. On the day they contacted me asking if I was available earlier than the appointment time which was great. He arrived within 20 minutes and the job was done in 45 minutes. Great service.”

“Fantastic service at a great price. Locked my only key for my Mk6 VW Golf in the car on returning home last night. After turning down the AA's invitation to a fleecing (£99 to upgrade my breakdown cover to home-start to enter car, £270 to cut a spare with 1-2 weeks wait!), I thankfully did some research and found Car Key Solutions. Mike & Todor on the phones were super helpful and had John out to me only 2 hours later, 5 miles outside the M25. John was fantastic, friendly, informative, efficient and effective. Car opened and fully working spare cut & programmed in 30mins. Can't fault them. Great to see a service so well done for a sensible price. Highly recommended. One tip: when you call, their voicemail says leave a message but then just hangs up. Don’t be disheartened. Mike rang me back in under 3 mins, at 08:55am just on the missed call. Like I said, recommended!”

“They offer a 7 day a week service, engineer came out between the specified times and send me a message with an exact ETA before arrival. I had a spare key made for a car I had just purchased and it if a better quality then the original. I have already recommended the service to others. Price for very good for the service and product they offer. Very pleased”
