“They turned up promptly I explained the issue and then left him to it, an hour later I had repaired key and a new spare key. He waited whilst I tested both and then I paid by card.”

“My first video. Videoed in a bit of a rush so forgive me. I had to contact RAC as I lost the only key to my R56 Cooper S The RAC was brilliant, after several layers of people CarKeysSolutions.co.uk came to gain entry and program a key. They were billiant which is more than can be said for their cheap, junk fobs. Less than 24 hours and I guess I am going to have to buy a good key from BMW which makes paying RAC for key cover very pointless. https://youtu.be/0XjjD-CiiIM”

“I was told I'd be phoned 30 minutes before he was due to arrive. My wife went outside to the bins and saw the van. He phoned at the appointed time, but I wasn't able to answer and he drove off. Didn't ring the doorbell which my wife would have answered! Managed to get him back, brilliant service, replaced battery without being asked, said he'd disabled any other keys that might exist, etc.”
