“Excellent extremely good service!! I highly recommend. Ordered on a Monday night courier arrived to collect my broken fob before I had email to say package and attach labels. Courier collected on Tue evening Wed morning notified of Key in Workshop Thurs morning delivered repaired fob back to me.All works ok”

“Needed a spare key for my car, the service from start to finish was excellent, customer service very courteous and hassle free booking The technician Adrian was very professional and polite, had the key made in no time. Got a text to say he was on the way,arrived before the booked time. Cost very reasonable, would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a key cut.”

“This is a fabulous company , with first class customer service . I would without question highly recommend Car Key Solutions. The service was quick reliable and I had my car key repaired in 48 hours. That was from the initial request, to collection from courier, repair and returned back to myself. Don't go anywhere else, this company are reliable, fast and you can trust they will get the job done to your satisfaction.”

“Brilliant!! I rang them at 5pm enquiring about a key repair and they arrived and had fixed it by 6:15pm the same evening. Professional and efficient service and reasonably priced. Would highly recommended them.”

“Excellent company and key returned fully repaired today. I would have given a "very good" rating but the courier firm let Car Key Solutions down and didn't collect on the day agreed so a couple of calls and a delay was the result. But i would defo use them again.”

“My engineer was great. Very friendly and thorough. He stayed for a good 90 mins persevering with an issue. The girl I booked the appointment with on the phone was also very nice. Great customer service.”

“Excellent service once the initial confusion had been dealt with. (E mail sent to me advising to send the key through the post.) Very prompt collection by courier and the key was returned to me two days later having been fixed.”

“A quick and efficient service that got the job done in a friendly and professional way. Needed another key cut and programmed to the car. Used the mobile service that arrived on time, explained the process and completed within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend and would use again.”

“After losing a car key I had to go through the pain of getting a specialist out to reprogram a new one as the spare had permanently died. Car Keys Solutions were brilliant, especially as BMW is closed at the moment. The advice the technician gave when he left me was to get key care cover which I have done.”
