“After a very stressful 8 hours of being locked out of my car and the RAC being useless. I called Car Key Solutions the next morning and they were out within 30 minutes and the job was done. Friendly customer service and friendly locksmith. Thanks all!”

“The initial service is great, fast and efficient , but then if something goes wrong with the key they don't want to know or help and want to charge £120 call out fee. How convenient, out of warranty by a couple of days”

Dear Steph, We are so sorry for the misunderstanding and for the way you feel. Every Key that we supply comes with 1 year warranty and it is our company policy to inform the customer about possible Call out charge if the fault is not the key, this fee covers the resource that we use in order to identify the fault . “Flexible service and though busy fitted the car in with short notice. They gave me options and in the end checked that I was happy with what they have supplied me. Not cheap but still a very reasonable price considering what it would cost at the rip off main dealer. They will be having my custom again. Tony Hill”

“Absolutely excellent service. The issue with my key and ignition barrel sorted on the same day. (whereas my local Nissan dealer quoted 5+ days to get a replacement key!) Engineer arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. Could not be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend them.”

“Really helpful, super polite and helpful phone support and quick, efficient service from the locksmith. It’s not a cheap option but did solve a terrible situation. Would totally recommend. Only downside was difference in the quote range and the cost which was quite significant. However, I was back in my car and heading home within an hour of technicians arrival”
