“Part x-ing my car and I promised the dealership 2 keys. Could I find my spare…nope! Dealership said it would be a “Audi only key” and would add £300 to compensate. The evening before I stumbled across Car Key Solutions website, and their chat facility was open until 2200hrs. So I took a punt and just asked how much it would be and if there was any chance they could get to me the by the following morning? They quoted me £145 (more than half price!) if I came to store or £190 for a call out. As I was at work I opted for the latter and it was super convenient. The lad arrived (I was contacted prior to arrival) and he said 30-45 mins so I pottered back to work. It was probably less when he called to say he was done. Very polite and professional, quick and great quality product. Quote was honoured precisely. Just saved me £110 and a lot of faff. Highly, highly recommended. Everything they say on the tin and more. Brilliant.”

“Excellent service, phoned in the morning for a home visit and they were there that early afternoon! Unfortunately the engineer was unable to do my key because my car was newer. The engineer explained this to me as did the office who phoned within minutes to apologise and make an appointment for the following morning which is exactly what happened. As it was a home visit the engineers can't account for every eventuality so to get back as quick as they did was the next best thing. I liked the way they kept you informed as to when they would be with you. The job itself was done without any fuss at a price that was quoted before hand. I would and will be recommending Car Key Solutions to everyone. Thanks to the great staff both mobile and in the office and the standard of the work. Thank you very much guys, job very well done!!!”
