“Didn’t enjoy speaking with booking agent he sounded bored and gave the impression he just wanted to book the appointment and get me off the line as soon as possible. Feels like a typical call centre with no personal engagement. The guy that came to do a replacement key however was opposite, very polite and helpful. Wish I had asked for the Mercedes logo to be on my new fob to match the original key - thought that would be automatic judging by previous photo reviews.”

“I had my remote key duplicated. Made a booking via email with very good communication staff at the office. I attended at the time slot agreed and the key was done in an hour. I even had time to have breakfast while it was done in the cafe nearby. Brilliant service.”

“Got a key that works. I went to a person in Kingston, who had no luck programming the fob to the car, despite loads of banging doors, and switching the ignition. However CKS programmed quickly, and cut the key, leaving only a slight catch when it is inserted in the lock. Apart from that works fine, at a cost £125 cheaper than the dealer.”

“Smart ForFour car. Supplied key remote failed after 3 months. Key blade also needed fiddling for it to work ignition and door lock. Problems were sorted out by excellent technicians who had to cut new blade manually from original Smart key as new machine-cut blade had the same problem as before. Now both working perfectly. Excellent standard and service. All done under guarantee. These are real pros. Will recommend to others.”

“Absolutely brilliant! I lost my BMW key on my way to work on Wednesday and by Friday morning car key solutions had fixed my spare key and supple another working key at a fraction of the dealer cost.. blown away by the speed and service.”
