“Amazing job! I spoke over the phone with Mike who dealt with my issue in a professional manner and kept me informed of any changes. Chris came at the exact time and sorted out the keys in 2 hours and explained every step of the job very clearly. The cost was exactly as decided with Mike over the phone and good for the job. Highly recommended!”

“I found the service good but was confused as to why I had to pay 100 pound to the company for which I received a receipt but an extra 50 to the person who came to do the job yet didn’t receive a receipt for the extra 50 pound , a strange way to conduct a business should be one price total .”

“The guy who came was, prompt, helpful and had everything done in less than an hour. However, two niggles. Firstly didn’t have a Mazda logo to put on the key. Secondly and more significantly I realised later that the key is slightly too long to flip out and gets caught on the housing of the key. You have to lever it out with a fingernail. Not great for £170. I will also say the key feels a bit more cheap and plasticky than I would have hoped but that’s not a big deal, it was only ever bought as a spare.”

“I would heartily recommend Car Key SOlutions. They've totally saved me as i'd lost my car key and had places to drive later today!! Efficient, courteous and punctual. I'm very impressed. Don't bother with dealership who were talking about two weeks to sort it all out!! Instead, from a phonecall on Wednesday to service on THursday. Thank you.”

“What an amazing service. A short while after completing the online form I was contacted for more details and for any preferences so that an exact quote could be give. I booked the service for that afternoon. The guy arrived Bang on time (with pre warning texts and a call) and gave an exemplary service; produced a spare key and even took a look at my existing key securing the casement for me (at no cost!). Guys, thank you and I am sharing your details with friends and family.”

“Had a potential issue with either my electronic switch or key fob on my Mercedes B class. I called car key solution on the day and a gentleman turned up promptly. Happy days so far. He basically spent the next few hours outside trying to diagnose the fault and it turned out to be the keyfob and a cost of £180, which in my humble opinion was very fair and I was happy up until that point. The problem was that it was only afterwards that the Technician mentioned that he did some alterations on the ECU to accommodate the new key fob to work. If he would have taken the time to mention this beforehand I would have informed him, that the car has had a remap in place. When I drove the car later that evening, I could tell straight away the car has been compromised in the way it drove. After a couple of email exchanges, I was asked to deliver my car to the finchley branch and leave it with them for a couple of days!! Not acceptable, also bearing in mind the additional cost of a cab to get me home afterwards and the in convenience in general with school runs and a small matter of getting to work. I basically said to the person I spoke too(Marius), let me think about it and I will call you back. I called back and was told that there is no Marius that works here and we will call you back. Still waiting as it has been over four weeks now??. For a general key cut would recommend but anything above that don't bother as it will be more hassle than it's worth.”
