“Have had to guys come out to me with a 3 day period because I lost my van key. Cut a new one a got me going with in the hour. But have know found my lost key and had them back to re program it. Great company and great technicians nice guys.”

“The engineer came quite quickly after the booking was made, which was helpful. The job took a bit longer than I expected to complete, around an hour, but that probably was no-one’s fault. I paid by debit card, and for some reason the receipt was printed out as VOID, so I had to go through the payment again...which was annoying, and seemed strange; although I was assured that if the payment went through twice I would be reimbursed. The manager told me on the phone the first payment was definitely VOID, and I should go through the process again - which I did. I shall check with the bank at the first opportunity I have tomorrow Afternoon, to check I have not paid twice. So I communicated with the company by telephone, and face to face.”

“Very good service, technician turned up on time, had a problem with getting new spare key to work with vehicle and had to come back after ordering a new key, i had no problem with that, and he returned a couple of days later job done. Would recommend this company over a main dealer if you ever need a new or spare key cut and programmed, cost very good and far cheaper then a main dealer service”

“They were able to attend on the same day I called, provided a replacement remote control and key for my car. Quick, friendly, helpful service. Driver arrived in a liveried van and was very helpful, explaining how long it would take to complete before he started.”
