“Great service, called in the morning, engineer booked for midday. All explained very well. And although keys are expensive, it was reasonable, considering. Highly recommend. Very happy”

“Very prompt and very helpful Unfortunately a new key fob couldn’t be programmed to my car There’s some sort of blocker on the car The guy said I can bring it to the garage to be sorted The guy fixed my fob for me though so I’m well pleased”

“Wow. What can I say!? Absolutely brilliant service! From start to finish these guys have been brilliant! I've been trying to get a replacement spare key for my Clio 182 Trophy for a long time. Renault wanted to charge the same amount as a small mortgage and so I did a little internet search. Found Car Keys Solutions and spoke with them on their little chat box. They took my reg number and my post code and booked me in for the following morning! I was a little sceptical, as normally, when things are that easy, its too good to be true! But I immediately received a text message to confirm the appointment, then one in the morning to confirm the engineer was on the way and he arrived a couple of minutes early. The technician was really friendly, polite, knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through the entire process from start to finish. He had a few little troubles, after he cut the new key that both keys decided not to work but he calmly explained that it happens sometimes and 20 minutes later everything was working perfectly! Absolutely amazing service! I never usually write reviews unless the service I have receive from a company has been exceptional and this is certainly the case here! Highly recommended!”
