“From the minute I contacted the team they were helpful and efficient. The job was booked to visit my work place to create a replacement key for my car. Cris called me in the morning to advise his ETA and when he arrived was helpful and polite. The whole job took around 40 minutes I would really recommend them”

From the moment I reached out to their office to the skilled technicians Andrei & Matt who came to my rescue, the entire experience was smooth and professional. Firstly, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the office managers Patrick & Marius who handled my call with patience and understanding. They quickly assessed the situation and dispatched a technician to assist me. Secondly, I am incredibly grateful to the technicians who arrived promptly and efficiently resolved the issue. “I needed a spare key for my Audi tt and rang car key solutions and they said no problem great price and wait time 2 days , kris technician came earlier than my pm appt was professional, well mannered knowledgeable, showed me how the key worked and was done in 1/2 hour I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a spare key great job!! Deposit initially then the rest on completion 2 yr guarantee too”

“Avoid. I have paid a £450 deposit and keep being given the run around. Originally Nick said my key was being delivered Monday 8th April, then he told me would definitely be Thursday 11th. I took the day off work today and have waited in all day only to call at 5pm to be told that Nick has gone home for the day. He didn’t even have the decency to call me back. Terrible service.”
