The trainer was highly knowledgeable and engaging, and the course materials were well-organized and easy to follow. “The training was beneficial and gave me guidance about how to assess and evaluate the signs that can affect a person’s wellbeing before a fall happens and also how to assess a person who has had a fall before putting an action plan in place ie- calling emergency services or using equipment available to pick a client up safely.”
