I receive fantastic service from Courtney, she goes above and beyond to support with any training dates that i need, she also follows up after the training to ensure everything went accordingly, Courtney also rings the day prior to training just to ensue everything is in place.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and would be great for an institution or larger place with more then one service user, but we don't feel she quite realised the importance of being less impersonal with a one to one that has the understanding of a small child.

Mary delivered Anaphylaxis training to our team and was extremely knowledgeable. Mary asked about our service users and was able to tailor the training to the teams needs as the training continued. Mary was able to answer all of the questions that the team had and reassure those who were concerned about an event possibly happening. Informative and personable. If we need specific training in the future we look to book again.
