“I enjoyed the course and found the teacher to be knowledgeable, engaging and informative. Learning over zoom is something new for me but was pleasantly surprised how well it was managed. If I could give one piece of feedback it would be to improve the quality of your certificate”

“Very easy to book, always available to answer any questions re the training. Training was informative and the trainer was very knowledgeable. Training was person centred as trainer used our Diabetes support plan to show staff, which meant it was relevant to them. Emma- course advisor was helpful and friendly and made efforts to accommodate our needs. Thank you for being so friendly”

“Myself and colleagues received face to face training from ‘Caring for Care’ recently, we were very impressed not only at the course content but the knowledge/experience of the trainer themselves. “I found the communication from Emma at Caring for Care was very clear and informative. Emma always responds in a timely manner and explains the processes very well. The teams have fed back that the training sessions have been really good. They have come away feeling very knowledgeable and it has met our needs as an organisation. These sessions have helped the service greatly and we look forward to booking some more in the new year :-).”

“The communication from the team was very clear and efficient. They responded quickly to emails and found trainig that was suitible for our needs. The trainers they allocated were very knowledgable in their fields and tailored the training to suit our client by asking for some background information. This has helped our staff team greatly.”

“We recently received Moving & Handling training at our site and this was delivered in a professional and thorough manner at a level that we required for all staff present. The course covered all aspects that we had discussed prior to the training taking place. Having used Caring for Care multiple times before, I would highly recommend them for this type of training.”

“We have been using Caring for Care for several years for our clinical training. all the way from booking the training to the training itself, everything is 100%. As soon as I need training, I contact Emma with our needs and very quickly I receive a list of available dates that the training can be delivered. We always have John to deliver the training, when speaking to our nurses, the feedback from them about his training is extremely positive and they always come away with good knowledge and skills.”
