“Some training can be given with a very formal, factual and mundane delivery, this training wasn’t. The trainer was well informed, patient and fun. They based scenarios of manual handling reflective of real life and how to support patients with care, safety and dignity. They also highlighted the safety of the persons taking out the tasks too. Best training I have received by far. I came away more confident and with better knowledge.”

“I attended the moving and handling training with Toni for our university course. Toni was very thorough in teaching us the appropriate safe practice as well as observing us too.
