“The course was cancelled an hour before it was due to start by EMAIL. Our employee was already en-route therefore costing us mileage, and travel time for that employee. We have since received a certificate to say that the employee had completed the course!! And an online survey regarding our experience on the course. We have had an email to re-book the course.”

“Trainer was friendly and delivered the course well. It was delivered in way that all of the learners understood. Trainer was knowledgeable and answered all questions, she was thorough and made sure that the learners were all happy to move onto the next area. Really enjoyed the training and I have never said that with previous training.”
