“The instructor for the 'basic observations' course was excellent. The course content was rather basic given the experience and qualifications of the attendees, however, the instructor was able to adapt the delivery to suit a more experienced and knowledgeable group. The delivery of equipment that the instructor had expected from Caring for Care did not arrive until the end of the morning session. Luckily the organisation that had booked the training has its own equipment for taking a wide range of basic observations.”

“The trainer and the training course details were excellent. The course was tailored to Wheelchair Services for us and as the trainer knows the company I work for he was aware of our local reporting policies and procedures as well.”

“Did the Manual handling train the trainer with Sarah, really enjoyed the training. Sarah was engaging throughout and knowledgeable in the subject. She put at ease any nerves which were felt throughout the course. Would definitely recommend.”
