“The train the trainer for manual handling was delivered by Sarah Freer. She was professional and delivered the training in a way to suit all participants. The training was informative and fun! The training has allowed participants to feel confident to be a trainer with the knowledge required. Highly recommend train the trainer to allow you to support the personal development of your team!”

“I recently completed the online course for becoming a Designated Safeguarding Lead, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The course was incredibly informative, well-structured, and easy to follow. It provided a clear understanding of the responsibilities and key concepts involved in safeguarding, with practical examples and real-world scenarios that helped me apply the knowledge to my role. The content was up-to-date, and I appreciated how it covered everything from recognising signs of abuse to handling sensitive situations with confidence. The course also included useful resources, and Rachel was responsive and helpful whenever anyone had questions. I feel much more confident and prepared in my role as a Safeguarding Lead, and I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their understanding and effectiveness in safeguarding.”
