“Very thorough. The practical was very well explained. Felt the first day could of been shorter and went back and fore on how to train to heavily would of liked some practical also on first day.”

“The two days were good and informative but I think it could have been done in half the time as it felt as if it was being purposefully stretched out to make it last the two full days.”
