“To quick she was didnt want to Demonstrate the hoist just talk didnt smile just kept saying we have to fill in the book to past if we past i said ive never been to a M/H course and the instructor tells you that she got angry its not about passing its about learning how to use the Equipment Safely Make sure that everything's up-to-date And the client are safe while using it she just couldn't wait to go needs to be more friendly”

“I learnt a fair amount and feel more confident in meeting my son's healthcare needs. I would have liked the trainer to give me more time to process information. I felt he moved on to the next topic before I had time to read the slides and take notes and process what he had said. I felt slightly uncomfortable about the stereotypical references the trainer made.”
