“Very friendly staff, we had a lot of banter with all of them. Ordered a riser recliner today for my mum, was told delivery would be within 2-5 days but it's being delivered tomorrow - that's what I call service 👌. Shop floor easy to get around in a wheelchair, plenty of space to manoeuvre. What a good experience.”

“Terrible service from Southampton shop. the wheelchair is 3 months od and the wheel bearing is broken. I took it to the shop and they promised a replacement part, this never arrived so i went back in, then they sent the wrong one so i took it back to the store, they then said they would get me another one, that never turned up and today the sales person (Kevin Bacon) just fobbed my off and told me to call customer services. He took no responsibility at all and even admitted the customer service department were rubbish. My mum has not been able to go out now for 2 weeks. They just dont care at all. Maybe they need to change the company name....”

“Rollator arrived quickly and within the time slot given. It was easy to assemble, the quality of the design is good and it appears quite robust. I have yet to take it outside for a test drive but feel confident it will be up to the task.”

“Myself and my husband brought my 87 year old mum in for a lightweight wheelchair on the 20/8/2024.We met with Paula Gwynne We who was very helpful throughout the task of choosing the right wheelchair.She was very informative and recommended which would suit all our needs.My mum did decide on the wheelchair she liked and what suited us all as we have to lift the wheelchair when taking mum out.We left very happy and the wheelchair and the cushion arrived the next day, which was amazing service....We would fully recommend going to CareCo Anlaby retail park..The service is brilliant..Thank you Paula x”

“Bought a Rollator walking aid from your Anlaby outlet the staff were fantastic but after 2 weeks discovered it wasn't for me due to my balance problems I decided to return it from then on it was just one obstacle after another and it's costing me almost £50 to return it I'm totally disgusted and wouldn't advise anyone to deal with care co R. Fox”

“Sally Whatmore just left a new 5-star review of careco.co.uk: I've just taken delivery of a X-GO ADVANCE; although there had been a 8 week delay between purchase and delivery; I have to praise the gentlemen who delivered it me today. They took time to show me the controls, how to adjust the seat, back rest etc. It is now on it's first 24 hour charge before use, but I feel it is important to thank Sean & Ahmed for their attention to detail and friendly help and advice.”

“Went to canterbury depot. Had a demo of the wheelchair {Zora} I was interested in . Tried it and found it fantastic Even folded it up and it fitted in the back of the car easily. Ordered it and it came to my house next day. A month later I can honestly say it has changed my life . So light , so easily controlled, so good.”

“Do not buy from this company. I bought an expensive rollator in April this year which I have barely used until June due to ill health. Within weeks the brake handle became loose and all connecting parts. Initially Careco offered to send a new brake and fittings but not somebody to fit it so that was rejected. Then I was told to 'source a box' for the rollator and send it back via courier; I did have to keep reminding them that I was disabled. Next, if I wanted an engineer to come I would have to pay a callout charge of between £60-£80 - the amount seem to change by the minute. Naturally I refused. I asked for a replacement or refund but of course that was refused too. I have read and reread the terms and conditions and Careco's behaviour is completely unjustified. I will not give up but a lot of people would which is just what this kind of company relies on.”

“Great spacious showroom, excellent, knowledgeable staff and nothing too much trouble. I wanted to try out the Minimus mobility scooter and everything was well explained, any questions answered and a fun tootle round the showroom. Ordered my scooter, opting for next day delivery and I’ve never looked back! One of THE best purchasing experiences.”

“I contacted Careco on 23rd July regarding a problem with my riser recliner the first person I spoke to said they could not help at all and that was that no suggestion on what I might do I rang again later that day and this time said they would get product support to come and look at it within a week and someone would call tomorrow is a week and so far I haven’t heard anything”

“I travelled to CareCo in Romford to look at their large range of mobility scooters. I wanted one that was compact enough to fit in my car and was suitable for travel abroad. Other factors that were important to me were that it was comfortable and stable. The service I received was first class. Gillian was able to advise and guide me through the various options open to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a test drive and even had the opportunity to check that I would be able to get the scooter into the boot of my car. The scooter that I chose was a LiTech neon 15 with an additional battery that was airline compliant. To complete the sale, I was guided expertly through the process by Christine. Overall, I was extremely pleased with service that I received today.”

“visited the peterborough store on a Saturday morning. We spent time with two members of staff Susan and Robert. My 2 year old took a liking to Robert as he had biscuits! 🤣 both staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were easily approachable and also very knowledgeable of the products. Susan was great. I explained to her my condition, and what kind of mobility scooter I wanted and its use. I had already been browsing online. Turned out the one I thought I would want the back of the seat was no good for my back problems being higher up my back. Susan quickly helped show me the next best one. We went to think about it all and went back later in the afternoon. Susan wasn’t there but Lisa was and she was great too. The staff are just so friendly and helpful. The showroom is great too. Easy to get around with plenty of space and u can try any of the scooters in and out of the store. We practised taking them apart to get into the car and then putting them back together again. I have scoliosis with 3 twists in my spine. I’m 37 and as much as I didn’t want a scooter at my age and the fear of embarrassment I have brought one to help with getting out and about more with my daughter. The staff were just so amazing and kind!”
