“Good products and slick sales teams but product support is very poor. My powered wheelchair developed a fault two months after delivery. I expected prompt service under warranty but it took ten days to get an engineer to me and I now have a further week’s wait for a part. Unacceptable!”

“I have purchased several items in the past from this company. Today , i attempted to contact them by contact form/ email, the response has been very poor.. On the contact form it stated that replies would be within 48 HOURS!!!! It was just as though they were not interested in a potential sale of around ££2000. By comparison, a message to a competitor company was answered in about 1 minute!”

“Bought 2 lift & recline chairs, a rivet snapped on one of them and after lengthy phone calls and engineer arrived to replace the rivet. At the time, he said chairs were cheap chinese rubbish but had cost us £2000 which I don't consider cheap! 6 week later the same new rivet on same chair has snapped making it unable to use the footrest. We are unable to get through to customer service, been holding on for an hour this morning and given up. Customer service and quality of the chairs is appalling, I will definitely not be shopping here again.”

“Amanda from the exeter branch was at the bristol branch today and helped us choose the right model transit chair for my wife margaret and myself, she was very knowlegeable and friendly, would highly recommed the care co service.”

“Excellent service from placing order to installation of riser/recliner chair in 1st floor room using white glove service. Tess and Ahmed were very well organised and the goods were protected in quilts or similar to prevent any damage to walls or paintwork.”

“What disgusting company paid over £2500 for a scooter first one chassis broke, after week of communication a new one was sent out which the electrics failed now on our 3rd scooter, you have a pay for engineers to come out. when trying to make a complaint was discriminated under the equality act due to my disability and they have refused to look at my complaint. company is disgusting don't call back when they say, when you do call them you can be on the phone for hours”

“Took delivery of my new riser chair order number1144292 today .It was delivered within the time frame promised by Andy who put it together and explained the controls very clearly .He was very helpful and pleasant thank you Andy”

“Went to the Milton Keynes branch and i can honestly say that i was impressed by the service given by Craig Roberts. He certainly new his products. he was pleasant to deal with and certainly not pushy. I was further impress by the delivery. Craig said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday and it arrived Tuesday with a 2 hour delivery window. The delivery guys deliver it to the room you want.”

“Saw Lynne at the Eastbourne Branch today and purchased new scooter. Nothing was too much trouble in helping us choose the correct model. Both lady’s were excellent.”

“Visited the Romford branch today for a mobility scooter was served by Kevin Heather who was very helpful and patient went through the various scooters that would be suitable for my wife Sandra and let her try out a Pink Valour which was ideal. Kevin took time to explain all the questions we asked and demonstrated how to dismantle it to put into my car boot we would recommend Kevin and careco to anyone thinking of purchasing any mobility aids of any sort. Thanks Dave”

“I am currently on my 4th Cromwell rise and recliner chair the 3 previous chairs were all faulty and replaced,this current chair is now also faulty and requires replacement however I am experiencing the worst possible customer service. No replies to emails or phone calls returned.I am at a loss as what to do having spent hours trying to get this resolved.”

“We visited the Nottingham store two days ago and having never been there before did not know how to get there. On phoning the store from Nottingham Railway station were given precise instructions from Michael of how to get there (extremely easy actually). The store has one of the friendliest atmospheres of any we have visited. We never felt pressured, and nothing was too much trouble for Lee, Tracy and Michael and they were only too ready to answer any queries we had, we were also given coffee. All in all a very pleasant experience; CareCo should be proud to employ such professional people and I hope they are appreciated. Incidentally our furniture was delivered this afternoon – just two days from ordering!”

“Went to Holbeck store in Leeds what an absolute treasure Ginda is, she was so attentive and made a stressful event less so, she made mum feel at ease and made sure she got everything she needed for her new wheel chair. All the staff in the shop are lovely but Ginda made our visit feel as though she was a friend helping us choose what mum need and so knowledgeable, a credit to the company thank you so much x”
