“We visited Careco( Leeds) on 18/ 09/21. We needed to purchase a wheelchair for my mum. We were served by Ginda Sowam. Ginda was very helpful, provide with the information we needed and answered all our questions instantly. She had a lot of product knowledge. We were very happy with Ginda's customer service. She was very polite and friendly. Thank you! Ginda. I would definitely purchase from that store again and would strongly recommend them to all my friends and families. Thank you once again for a great service.”

“Steve @ the Leeds branch was very helpful & assisted in showing several 4 wheeled walking aids ,I chose the Silver Tuni Prism Outdoor model as I am 6ft it was only one with a seat high enough for me with my condition. I have found this to have been a good choice. I was using 2 walking sticks which made me lean forward & aggravated my pain. Thanks to all the staff @ the Leeds Branch.”

“This company is an absolute disgrace. My husband ordered a mobility scooter 2 months ago. He got a grant from a, charity towards the cost. Care. Co neglected to invoice the charity for the rest of the cost. They took my husband's money the same day he ordered it in April. The matter is still not resolved and left my husband very stressed. The operators on the phone are very abrupt when challenged to what's going on. If this is ever resolved we will never use them again.”

“we went to the Brentwood branch in Essex We were greeted well before out appointment Was due Was not pressured into purchasing and was allowed to make up our own minds The scooter we purchased was shown with a full understanding of the vehicle Our salesman was Alex Roberts who was very pleasant and helpful thank you We did purchase the Neon scooter”

“We visited the Croydon store after seeing the advert on the TV. My Mum needed a new recliner armchair and was considering buying from HSL. This company seems appealing with good reasonable prices. Our visit to the store was very pleasant. We had a lovely warm welcome by Hannah who seemed very busy but very attentive, warm and welcoming. We was pleased that there were toilets in the store as very important to my mum. There is also a tea and coffee area to enjoy a nice warm drink while browsing a really nice touch. I was very impressive that there was a wide variety of scooters, armchairs, walking aids and other items to make day to day living easier. Hannah helped my mum to choose a suitable Recliner armchair for my mum. She was very friendly and helpful. My mum purchased a really comfy recliner armchair, that has a heat and massage function a very a nice extra which will be very beneficial to my mum with aches and pains. My mum is looking forward to receiving to chair and has the peace of mind with the extra care package. I would also like to mention that Hannah went above and beyond helping me find my mobile phone mislaid in the store/toilets. She showed care and compassion and located it by contacting a customer who picked it up by mistake. I can not thank her enough for her customer care and friendliness. I recommend anyone to visit the store. There is lots of suitable items to aid mobility. I was quite impressed with the wide range of variety mobility scooters in store. I will review our experience of delivery and use once my mum receives her armchair. Thank Care Co looking forward for my mum to receive her chair. Patricia”
