“I brought 2 recliner riser chairs from care co in october 2024.which was fantastic when they arrived because i had had an opperation on my spine in2023.i thought great that would be better surpport for my back and the second chair was for my husband. It all went wrong in febuary when a fault developed in my recliner and had to phone the care team about it. They sent someone out to look at it who tooked photos which was passed on to the care team. They then ordered the materails to repair the chair. After receiving the repair package another company was sent in to repair it. The same fault reappeared with in days of the repair being done.as a consequence of this i had to go through the same process again only this time i have waited for the replacement part to br delivered to me since the second report went in in april which was over four months by the time i sent a recording delivery letter to head office. They wrote back to me stating that they would replace thr chair for me, we then phone the care team who were reluckant to replace it until i told them i had it in writing from head office to be replaced. I was given a delivery date for the replacement chair and collection of the faulty one fot 25 th septemder 2024. Yes today and surprize ,surprize care co arrived with my new chair but were unable to deliver as they only sent one man and as we have7 steps down to our front door it needed a team of two . No new chair. On top of this the care team refuse to issue a new 12 month warrentee with the new chair, which i think they should do as i have writen conformation that all this was due to a manifacturing fault, so therefore the origional agreement should be honoured. Care co dont care ..”

“I was interested in updating the rollator that I have been using for 4 years. A fellow member from one of my weekly coffee mornings recommended CareCo and I haven’t been disappointed. They have a good range of alternative products available to demonstrate and very knowledgeable about the specifications. I made what I think is an excellent purchase.”

“Lovely new building with great parking. Fantastic range of products nicely laid out. Staff very friendly and not pushy, very knowledgeable regarding products for sale. Served initially on 16th by Shane Williams then today by Jude Kavanagh, both were patient and are a credit to the company. Would highly recommend.”

“I was helped at the Cheltenham outlet by Joe. He understood exactly what I needed and that the mobility scooter would definitely fit into the boot of my car. I ordered it yesterday and so cannot give a full review until it arrives and I get to use it. Meantime, I do recommend talking to Joe as he is very patient and knows a lot about the various scooter models.”

“Beyond angry with Care Co. My mother (85)bought an expensive chair that was fitted in May. It broke a couple of weeks ago and they have decided that it is user error. She is old and frail. We intend to appeal. I would argue it's not fit for purpose for a frail 85 year old. Also to make a claim they insisted my Mum sent a whatsapp video.”

“I brought a little scooter that goes in the car the lady at the shop was so helpful she showed us how it comes apart, and answered any questions we had. I had looked online but wanted to check how cushioned the seat was as I have back problems. The lady couldn’t help enough very friendly we even went back a few weeks later to get a cover for my large scooter I would definitely recommend”

“recently came out of hospital after having a total knee replacement and found that all of the chairs / sofas we have at home are either too low, too uncomfortable or just not suitable for me to do my physio in. I saw the Eden high back chair and after reading the description ordered it. Within minutes I’d received my confirmation email plus a short video explaining how to assemble it. What a fantastic idea, everything was so easy! Other companies need to follow suit. The chair arrived the next day, super fast delivery and I have to say it’s so comfortable, easy to move / reposition due to the castors on the back legs and I have to give the chair and the company a 10 out of 10. Excellent product and company.”

“Purchased the Tunstall Branch of CareCo on Monday 9th September as we were looking for a Riser / Recliner for my elderly Mum. We were looked after by Bradley who explained both the products and order / delivery process. Very helpful gentleman who was a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly he came across as very genuine which was nice as that is a rare commodity in my experience. The whole delivery process was very slick and my Mum is extremely happy with her chair. “My scooter was faulty for a lengthy period of time. However, Will Harrison the founder of this amazing company and Matthew Parker the Complaints Resolution advisor helped me through this tough time and put me back on the road with a brand-new Scooter. They both have exceptional customer service skills, very knowledgeable, and are very approachable. They are both kind, caring men. They helped me through this tough time and I cannot thank them enough and I will be forever grateful. Careco is a caring company and I would not hesitate to buy from there again. They have a vast amount of mobility aids and the staff in the showroom are very pleasant, extremely helpful and make you feel at ease. “went into Careco on Tuesday after 4pm, looking for a rise and recline chair for my mum. The challenge that I had is that she is in hospital and I needed a chair delivered ASAP so it would be there for when she would be home. I spoke to Jordan who showed me the different chairs and I was then able to speak to my mum and pick a chair. Placed the order that day and Jordan advised that delivered would be 2-3 days. When I awoke on Wednesday morning I had an email saying that delivery would be on the Thursday. The delivery company kept us informed at all times, on the day of delivery they gave us a two hour window and they phoned when they were 45-50 minutes away. Very impressed with the two guys that delivered the chair. They took the chair out of the box outside and brought the bits in individual as they were concerned about knocking other things over. They wiped their feet fully and kept everything really neat and tidy. Very polite and really impressed with them, would happily have anything delivered by them again. So in short very impressed with both Careco and the delivery company”

“Dreadful customer service experience with CateCo! Bought a Europa toilet seat costing £49.99 for my 96 year old mother to aid her when using her toilet! However the day it arrived my husband tried to fit it but it was obvious that unfortunately this design shape would not be suitable for my mother’s toilet so we put it straight back into the original packaging and sent it back that same day! We then had an email stating that we wouldn’t get any refund as there were obvious signs of usage with urine stains! Bearing in mind that we literally just sat it on the (clean toilet) then put it straight back in packaging, and also the fact that my mother is still currently in hospital so not even there to use it! I was shocked and quite frankly upset with their accusations! I have just received it back and it is in exactly the same state as we had it! I will NEVER buy anything else from this company again!!!!!”

“had a lovely time with tina she was very helpfull she went out of her way to show me a lot of the mobility scooters i tryed about 6 till I designated on the power chaire she new i was a bit nervous at first she took me all round the shop till i had enough confidence to do it by myself so i bought one it is idle formy hubby to get in the car so thank you very much tina hope to c you again xx”

“We paid a visit to care co Nottingham and Antony who looked after me was a really nice person and he try as many scooters as I wanted he said you really need to try them before you buy one and settled for one after trying three,the choice was really good and the paperwork and everything i needed to know Antony sorted it all he was very knowledgeable about anything i asked him i think it was a good choice use care co,a trusted trader.”

“My wife is having walking difficulties and having received a catalog in the post my son telephoned you Hayes showroom and spoke with Michelle who was most helpful with our enquiry. Having this information we drove to your Hayes showroom and was given a warm welcome by Michelle, we discussed my wife’s needs and she suggested a Nero Sport walking aid Michelle demonstrated the operational procedures, height adjustment, braking and storage procedures. Michelle then escorted my wife using the walker to the car parking area to make sure it suited her needs. We all agreed the walker would meet her needs and made our purchase. Michelle was very attentive when we made our payment, explaining the insurance etc. We were very satisfied with the service we received and recommend this company for people with disabilities”
