“Had a little problem with one of the gift cards not working. I contacted cs and the issue was resolved very quickly. So for that reason I’m rating them 5/5”

“Best to get discounted gift card. Only criticism is that when you book the gift card online, it some times takes a few minutes to hours to load that gift card up and I had to cancel several transactions as I was tied waiting.”

Hi Rohan, thanks for leaving a review. eGift cards can take between 5 minutes to an hour, every transaction is different depending on how well the system knows you and what time a purchase is made. We do advise buyers of this on the website.

“I have been buying gift cards from Cardyard for maybe a year now. Mainly Tesco, Amazon and Currys. I wish the Amazon were for 4% instead of 3% discount but better than no discount ! On the odd occasion where the gift card does not work there has never been any argument and the credit card is refunded (or the charge does not even go past pre-authorisation if the issue is spotted fast enough).”

“Fantastic service, they kept in regular contact regarding the card I sent, and I was paid promptly. Everything they said they would do, they did, and this was when the lockdown was at its worst. Communication is excellent at Cardyard.”

Hi there - Google Play have had quite some problems and even though who we check the balance of the cards they appear to be active and ready to use, when a buyer goes to redeem the card they unfortunately have an issue in which we then have to issue a refund/new card depending on stock. Though due to the problems, we no longer accept Google Play.

“Purchased a GAP e-gift card that I could not use online, it did state on the website use gift cards in store only but did not state e-gift cards so lost £21.25 ... I think CARDYARD need to differentiate between gift & e-gift cards ... not happy 😡”

We offered you a resolution, but you still left this review. You then called us to explain that, whereas it may be obvious to us that an egift card is the same as a gift card, it won't be to everybody. However, you offered no collaboration and want to publish your frustration. You haven't lost £21.25. We've added a sentence to say GAP egifts and gift cards have the same restriction, though the information pop-up on listed e-gifts already makes this clear. We understand not everybody will click on the pop up.

“A great site, I have sold Amazon and Argos vouchers and never experienced an issue. In case of doubts you can always contact the super-helpful customer service, I mostly dealt with Katie and she was always really reassuring and genuine in trying to resolve the issue I had. When I first joined I had doubts as my previous experience with a similar site was as good. However as Cardyard operates a sustainable financial model it cannot happen that you purchase or sell gift cards and never see your money if they go bust as was the case with Zeek. Well done and thank you.”
