“Does exactly what they say they do. I was very sceptical when I had to post the vouchers to them but hey ho - one week and one day later - money wham bam into my account. I will be personally using you guys again. No more vouchers stuck in my kitchen drawers. Hellie”

“Excellent service! I sent an unwanted gift card (which, incidentally other sites wouldn't recognise!) by 1st. class post as advised and money was in my PayPal account in 4 days. Very reasonable offer for the card, too. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“What a brilliant concept! I managed to sell my unwanted Google Play card for a very fair price and there was the opportunity to purchase a wide range of other cards at discounted rates. The website was really easy to use and the whole transaction was very straightforward. Great concept, I will definitely be visiting Cardyard again. Well done!”

“This is the first time I have used not only this company, but any company that buys tickets gift cards. I was very impressed with their service and the speed with which they dealt with everything, should I need to sell gift cards again I will definitely use them.”

“Was given a price for four gift cards which I was happy with. I posted the cards are a couple of days later was paid directly into my bank account. Really pleased and would definitely recommend this service”

“When a person sends you a gift voucher ultimatly they are sending a form of money. They have no clue if it is a scam and yet there are no notifications sent to inform me that you have received my gift voucher or when payment will be made. There was a 2 day gap between my card being verified to the funds being paid and at each point i had to ask what was going on with my transaction. In todays world where there are more scams than truthful people on the net you would do better to keep your clients informed in a better way”

Now we are getting back up to speed the problem has significantly lessened. However, your comments have helped us reprioritise development effort and I'm grateful for the focus. “Cards arrived over packed...you should go for cheaper stationary and you would save money so you can offer more discount on cards instead sending them wrapped in expensive packaging&paper that goes to the rubbish bin .Postage is not arriving the following day like other competitors”

“Happy with my purchase, ecard arrived very quickly. Great customer service as well as I had a few teething problems setting up my account. My only criticism is that the 'have you signed up for our newsletter' banner constantly pops up and gets in the way!”

“I was recommended one of Cardyard's competitors (Zeek) from a friend and long story short it did not run smoothly. I found cardyard and I'm so glad I did. The process was so quick and easy. The online chat system was great and any queries I had were answered promptly by Mike who was great! It was a lot easier that I thought and I received the money quick!! I would highly recommend Cardyard what a great service!”
