the gift cards sold here are 99% times working i.e. genuine. The 1% times that there has been an issue, Cardyard's support team are very helpful in swiftly resolving the matter and refunding you back the money. Simply put - no money ever lost! Thank you!

I wouldn't even give them one star, but had no choice. I uploaded a gift card to sell on the website. The link to the card was working before I sent it, and there was a balance of £100. They then said it was in quarantine for two weeks, then someone bought it, but guess what? They then said the card didn't work. So they've either pocketed this themselves or not checked the balance before letting someone buy it. I wish I'd checked all the reviews on all the sites before using these. They owe me £84 for a £100 gift card, and if I don't get it, I'm taking it to the ombudsman, and warning others via popular websites.

As discussed with you, this card became invalid. It wasn't spent, it just stopped working, and you can see that yourself when you try to open it. There are a number of reasons why this can happen and we recommend you get the person who supplied the card to go to the retailer and find out the reason they have decided not to honour the card.

Started by selling an unneeded £20 gift voucher, all went through fine (exactly as described). Have since used to buy and sell a few times more, all with no issue. Feedback: Maybe you could add an option where buyers can verify early that a gift card they bought has been used successfully? I generally use vouchers within a few days and this could speed up time to release funds? Just an option, with your normal rules coming in to play if buyer doesn't take up this option. I think regular buyer/sellers would use this feature, maybe some one-off buyers too - most people are nice :-)

Excellent site! Have bought and sold lots of gift cards there with no issues - all the gift cards I've bought have been delivered instantly via email, and they've all had the advertised balance on them. For the few times I've had questions, support has been very quick to answer and help. One suggestion I have is to have a courtesy button to say that you've spent the gift card you've bought, so the quarantine period for the seller would be less (and so they'd be paid faster).

I like your idea of a courtesy button, but there are instances where a card has been spent only for a later claim to be made by the retailer. However, there is value in a courtesy button which could be used with other information to benefit the seller. Best wishes Mike

Have used Cardyard several times! Brilliant, secure and quick. Was abit worried the first time i used it if i was actually gonna get the cash for selling my cards, but its legit and get the money 2 weeks after card has been submitted. Brilliant service.

Was nervous at first, and even when I had sold the gift card, 5 minutes later the money was in my account, another couple minutes I had the code for the gift card I had bought with the exchange money! My new clothes are already on their way!

For other readers, it's important to know we pay for gift cards 2 weeks after they are bought on our website. If you are exchanging a gift card, the money can be transferred to your account 5 minutes after receiving notification that this will happen., but that will be 2 weeks after your card has actually been bought. I have used cardyard on a regular basis for several years. Check each day to see what cards are available to purchase. Have also sold a few unwanted gift cards. Mainly use for a very large online retailer and a supermarket. It must make sense to save money if you can, especially the way things are at the moment. A very user friendly purchase process.

Fantastic service. Whilst sorting paperwork out I came across a gift card for a shop I do not use. Looked online and came across Cardyard so thought I'd give it a try. Excellent service, kept informed by email and payment made on schedule. I've now been able to spend the credit on a voucher I can use rather than losing out. Thank you so much

I started to use Cardyard in March 2019, and have been a regular purchaser of gift cards, to the tune of £9,400 worth over 3 years. Saving roughly on average 10% off, which equates to approx £900 savings. The service is reliable over many, many gift card purchases. There has been the odd infrequent issue with incorrect e-giftcard barcode or number but these are very quickly resolved by their excellent support team. On the odd rare occasion only about 3 times in 3 years the stored value didn't match the face value, but this was sorted quickly as well and new e-giftcard's issued. I have purchased physical giftcards and these turn up in the post, though I 99.5% of the time buy e-giftcards due to their instant nature being delivered automatically by email. I like the facility to pay by bank account as well, which involves a small discount for not paying with card. Great service! Only negative is there sometimes isn't the choice of cards you'd like due to limited availability down to the amount of sellers. So I've set up automatic alerts for when new e-giftcards do come in.

Excellent service and great discounts on some major gift cards, up to 15% in some cases but less on really popular cards like Amazon(3%). Mostly problem free but if there's ever an issue the customer service team are onto it to rectify very rapidly via on line chat. I've been impressed and bought many cards to date and will continue to do so as great value for money.

Such a great concept with a very good variety of cards (e- and physical ones) available. The variety changes daily, so you have to get lucky if you want the rarer cards, but it's a great feeling when you get them. The e-cards are delivered almost instantly, so if you are in store, it is worth checking for them before you buy. Occasionally, I have bought cards that when delivered had zero balance, but everytime Cardyard has investigated and given a full refund (within days). Happy I found Cardyard for sure!
