“The ferns ordered were advertised as 13cm pots and all 30 delivered were 9cm. Also, one box of 10 received were dead and only 6 replacements have been sent out. This was not a cheap order so disappointed no acknowledgment of wrong size pots sent.”

“Received plants quickly after ordering delivered in good condition planted out next day all good except had problems getting the trailing lobelia plugs out of plastic container trays. Will order again well packaged and delivered by Royal Mail. Recommend ☺️”

“Initially the wrong water lily was sent but this was remedied very quickly without quibble and replaced with the correct one. Plants healthy and well packaged. Will certainly be using again. Thanks for all your help.🙂”

“3 tomato plants arrived in extremely poor condition. 1 was almost dead and the other 2 were badly squashed due terrible packaging. Photos were sent of the 3 plants. I have been promised a partial refund but still waiting.”

“I am really disappointed that I have still not received these plants. They were marked as processed a week ago. I emailed and checked the were in stock and ready to dispatch before I ordered and I pay for next working day delivery. To my calculation they should have arrived on Monday and today is Friday. I am disappointed in the service so far.”

“Very disappointed inthe condition of the plants on delivery. The grasses and honeysuckle weren't too bad but the two trays of French marigolds were in a sorry state. Only two plants worth saving out of the 12. Badly packaged and plants damaged with stems broken. All the plants were very dry. I won't be ordering again.”

“I don't have green fingers by any means, but these little fern plants seem to be thriving. I'm very pleased. They arrived safely and were carefully packed so that they could be taken out easily and planted straight away. Many thanks.”
