Contacted trading standards about these clowns and false advertising but was told as long as they offered a full refund they have done everything right, this doesn't take in to account they had my money for 8 weeks gaining interest and didn't put my order to one side / reserved.

Not to mention, the tree was an entire foot shorter than it was meant to be! Only 4ft tall! I expect a refund for the difference of price between a 4ft and 5ft tree as I was truly scammed! I sent photo evidence with a measuring tape.

Ordered Christmas 3ft via b&q website £50.00 the tree turned up was laughable . It was tiny and pined falling off. It’s broke our daughters heart as she was excited for it arrival . … we contacted this company and we were offered at 20 per cent refund ! We want our money back so can purchase a decent tree .. there has been no further communication from them !! We are so so unhappy 😔 it’s ruined the up and coming festivities

I purchased two different plants to be sent as a gift. The recipient found that one of them was substandard and on enquiring was told that it was the last of the type available. No offer of refund was detected. My other quibble is that when I ordered one plant I had the option, which I accepted, of some “treatment”. I then ordered another different variety but couldn’t find the treatment offer. Maybe that one was the weak one!

Didn't receive all that I have purchased, still haven't heard back from your company to offer me a refund. Plants are poorly packed and in an appalling condition, some are rotten and withered and dry.And I'm still waiting for company to respond to my email.

Order: 203-9496154-1150742) Told plants had been sent by Royal Mail Tracker 48hrs last wednesday. Expecting package on the Friday. It is now the following wednesday, no sign. I contacted the company and was told package will not be despatched until this friday. Why say plants have been despatched when they clearly have not been? Underhand. Have asked for a refund. Will not use again. Awaiting response.
