“even though 2 succulents were damaged from the 10 succulents 10 cacti pack a part refund was made for this quick delivery, well packaged ive ordered some more cacti they are great”

“Sorry to leave a negative review but this rose was small and spindly and not firm in its pot. It has been pruned but two shoots were crossing over each other. This rose was bought as a memorial for my husband's beloved dog, Grace. The rose was called 'Amazing Grace'”

“The 3 roses in one, only 1 of them was in flower & it was a wild rose, there was no mention of that possibility. Also one had black spot already! Not happy. Customer service none existent! Basically it’s tough, could send back for a refund but would have to pay the postage myself, as it’s heavy wouldn’t have been much left of the refund! Definitely would not recommend”

“The rose I brought for my sisters 70th Birthday didn't look like the picture and wasn't presented with the gift wrap like it did online it was very disappointed,but when I complained about it you sorted it out very quickly thank you for that I will be buying from you again and I hope I don't get the same problem .”

“Lovely lemon tree plant and the hessian made it that little bit more Special for a gift. Arrived very quickly. The only negative is that I requested a message. It was typed on a label and stuck to the Carbeth business card (and not straight !). Spoilt the look and I’m glad I didn’t have it sent directly to the recipient.”
