“I have to say I was quite disappointed with this rose bush, which was ordered as a present. It arrived in a very slim box and there did not appear to be any water in it. When I opened it, the bow was under the hessian fold and it did not stand straight (very lopsided). I had to re-arrange it before gifting it. Sorry but I don't think it's worth £30. On the positive side, it arrived very promptly. PS Photo is after I tried to make it look better.”

“Plants received in excellent condition and well packed. The scent from dianthus was amazing and considering purchasing more. Both purchases were a gift for 1st anniversary and look forward to seeing the rose when it flowers.”

“I was disappointed with my marguerite daisies when they arrived they must have been in the post too long! They were shrivelled with yellow leaves not acceptable to pass on as a gift. I watered them hoping they would recover. Not well”

“Incredibly small and delicate marigold plants, some with broken stems . I doubt they will survive more than a few days. Very disappointing indeed. The nasturtiums look very sick and tired, with several brown leaves. Not at a.ll pleasant to look at.”

“Very efficient & fast delivery. Rose nicely packaged but disappointing to look at & smaller than I expected. Not a shoot or bud to be seen, however maybe that’s the way they are sent. Hope to see some shoots soon”

“I am sorry but I am disappointed with the quality of the 3 Honeysuckle plants I received today. Based on the state of the plants as shown in the enclosed picture I would not be shopping with you again nor could I recommend you to others . I am seriously thinking of sending them back to you.”
