“Not sure of the viability of the plants yet as they are in the dormant stage. The same with the garlic bulbs. However, neither the plants or the garlic had labels attached. Without labels (or growing tips) how are we meant to differentiate between current and blueberry plants or between one garlic variety and another. There is also no way of knowing what variety of plants have been dispatched. Not an auspicious start.”

“Garlic I bought arrived quickly and nice and firm. Split them up and got about a dozen cloves in each bulb. Will be planting soon- very impressed.”

“Money taken but no order acknowledgement. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone or response to my email. However a delivery was attempted while I was out. Re delivery arranged but the plant received was labelled ‘cheese plant’ instead of the diamond anniversary rose ordered as a gift. No offer of a refund unless I arrange and pay to return. Awful customer service.”

“I'm amazed Carbeth Plants have the audacity to ask me to review their performance when they haven't bothered to respond to my complaint about the quality of the bulbs I was sent. It seems they think a standard reply that makes it clear my email hasn't even been read will be sufficient to encourage me to write a good review. Appalling! I recommend you take your business elsewhere.”
