“First time ordering with this company and totally ripped off! They took my payment the day after I placed an order and still waiting two weeks later and not received anything not even a confirmation email. Sent several emails and phone calls and nothing!! Rip off company.”

“I ordered two scented geranium plants.One star given for the delivery!The plants were very dry,wilting with many leaves dead.I immediately sent a picture and complaint but received no reply.Six days later one plant is definitely dead and the other struggling.Sent another email.No response.Tried ringing but only a recorded answer.Very,very disappointing.My photo won’t load!!!I wonder why!!”

“I had high hopes for Carbeth Plants, but my experience was a complete letdown. I ordered eight rhododendrons for a garden project, expecting a professional service. Unfortunately, only one plant was labelled correctly, leaving me clueless about the varieties of the remaining seven. When I reached out to Carbeth Plants, the response was sluggish and unhelpful. They speculated about the identity of three more plants, but their uncertainty was evident as all the plants looked identical. To make matters worse, our assistant gardener planted them assuming they were the same, leading to further confusion. Despite my efforts to seek a resolution, I received none. The lack of proper customer service was glaring. If you value good customer service and reliable plant identification, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Carbeth Plants fails to deliver on both fronts.”

“I ordered a rose bush as a gift. The item was delivered extremely prompt, within 2 days of ordering online. The recipients were delighted and I saw the plant for myself the following day, it was in perfect condition. The recipients are looking forward to it flowering next year. I recommend this company, I had no issues whatsoever.”

“My plants arrived well packaged. The Lobelia weren't actually the ones I ordered - I ordered the Cambridge Blue ones but received the darker blue ones. Unfortunately the day after planting them in my garden they have mostly all died. I know it was a bit late in the season to be ordering them but I think they were past their sell by date. So far, the pinks are still alive.”
